We truly value each and every one of our guests and appreciate your understanding of the policies that allow us to serve everyone efficiently and fairly.
Tardiness Policy
We understand that life happens and schedules can run behind. However, because our appointments are booked back-to-back with very little wiggle room — especially for nail services — arriving more than 10 minutes late may limit our ability to complete your service as scheduled. We will always do our best to accommodate you. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will be unable to perform the service and a no-show fee will apply. Please understand that this policy protects our team’s income and ensures the next guest can begin their appointment on time.
No Show Policy
If you forget your appointment or do not show up without notice, a no-show fee will be applied to your next scheduled visit. Failure to pay the fee will result in no future appointments being booked. As a commission-based salon, our team members only earn income when services are performed. Missed appointments directly impact their livelihood, and we appreciate your respect for their time.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations. Appointments cancelled without 24-hour notice will result in a cancellation fee. Service appointments will incur a $20–$25 fee, while color appointments will incur a $50 fee due to the additional time reserved.
That said, we deeply value our loyal guests and understand that true emergencies happen — exceptions may be made at our discretion. If you are feeling sick, please stay home and notify us as soon as possible. The health of our clients and team is always a priority.
Children’s Salon Experience Policy
We understand that haircuts can sometimes be overwhelming for children. If your child is having difficulty enjoying their visit — including crying, screaming, or showing signs of distress — we want to ensure they still have a positive experience in a calmer setting.
To best accommodate this, we offer a private salon suite for children who need extra comfort or privacy during their appointment. This helps:
Provide a safe, quiet, and stress-free environment for your child
Allow parents or guardians to feel more relaxed
Maintain a peaceful and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests in our main salon area
Please note:
An additional upcharge will apply for children’s appointments in the private suite, as these sessions require extra time and care.
Refusal to use the private room may terminate the appointment and will result in a cancellation fee.
